Lovey in Central Birmingham is seeking a Senior Decision Scientist to lead the development of cutting-edge credit decisioning models across SME lending. You`ll own the end-to-end model lifecycle from problem framing through deployment and monitoring, shaping the lending strategy.

The role requires strong ML expertise in lending, proficiency with Python and SQL, and experience delivering end-to-end models within fintech and regulated environments.
