Ready to take the next step in your quarrying career? At Heidelberg Materials UK, we`re looking for an ambitious Assistant Quarry Manager to join our team at our busy Chipping Sodbury operation. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to develop their leadership skills while helping to drive safety, operational excellence and continuous improvement. Working alongside the Unit Manager, you`ll play a key role in leading site operations, developing people, improving performance and ensuring we continue to deliver the highest standards of safety, quality and customer service. What You`ll Be Doing

As Assistant Quarry Manager, you`ll support the day-to-day management of the quarry and operational teams, helping ensure the site operates safely, efficiently and sustainably.
