Every sale in our 400+ shops helps fund specialist palliative and end-of-life care. For over 70 years, we`ve supported people when it matters most - and we`re looking for a Shop Assistant to help us continue that work.

You`ll support your manager and team, inspire your community and help drive income for our vital services, while championing creative ways to reduce, reuse and recycle.

We value our people and offer a great work-life balance: 1 in 2 weekends, shifts from 8.45am, most shops finishing by 5.15pm, and Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year`s Day off.

Our exciting Sue Ryder superstore in Slough offers an ever-growing selection of quality donated furniture for your home - beds, sofas, armchairs, tables, wardrobes, storage and shelving units, to name a few.

Slough is a one floor shop which is over 4000 square foot, high donations & furniture shop. Car Park outside the shop.

This role consists of manual handling high levels of donations & furniture, no 2 days are the same.
