We hire outliers. We`re looking for people with a track record of accomplishing difficult things, whether through their careers or achievements outside of work. You`ll find leaders, colleagues who`ve competed at the highest levels of sport, performed on Broadway, trained with UFC champions and founded the country`s largest Python community - because that`s what it takes to reinvent a $220B industry.

• Have ownership over the full sales cycle - from lead, through disco and demo, to signed contract

• Run mid-market deals with 9-12 week sales cycle with ACV of 5 to 6 figures

• Generate your own outbound pipeline

• Work with GTM, Partnership and Marketing to increase inbound pipeline

• Work with product, feeding what you hear from prospects back into the roadmap

• Hardcore work ethic and high agency

• 3+ years closing in B2B SaaS, full cycle

• Comfortable running multi-stakeholder deals

• Structured and analytical, and a strong relationship builder

• Coachable and hungry, energized by pace and ownership

• Curiosity about finance or accounting is a plus, and we will teach you the rest

• Significant equity ownership in one of the top AI companies in the world

• Equity: £30,000 - £40,000

• Base salary: £95,000 - £125,000

• Commission: £95,000 - £125,000 (uncapped)

• OTE: £180,000 - £250,000
